Deliver It Online Ltd may revise these Terms as necessary. OUR SERVICE AREAS
We at Deliver It Online Ltd – herein referred to as “Deliver It”, “we” or “us” – offer a local delivery service to individuals and businesses in Crawley & Maidenbower, West Sussex and hotels in the proximity of Gatwick Airport. If you are not ordering for delivery to these areas, please call us before placing an order, as we may be unable to fulfil it at present.
ALCOHOL ORDERS
We operate a strict Challenge 25 age verification policy endorsed by Sussex Police and are active members of the BII. If you look under the age of 25, please only place an order for alcohol if you have valid identification with you. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of alcohol to anyone who cannot prove they meet the minimum drinking age of 18. The forms of identification we accept are valid Passports, Driving Licenses and proof-of-age cards containing the PASS-hologram. We serve drinks not drunks – it is illegal to deliver alcohol to someone who is drunk. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of alcohol to any person who is, or appears drunk, or under the influence of drugs. Please visit www.drinkaware.co.uk for help.
PLACING ORDERS
The contract for the supply of any goods will only be formed once you have received confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. The confirmation will arrive by email and it is imperative you provide valid contact details including your email address, contact telephone number and delivery address. This will help us to ensure your order arrives as expected. All orders are subject to availability. Any additional terms that apply will be available to you prior to completing a transaction.
DELIVERY
On arriving at the delivery address, our delivery team member can wait no more than 10 minutes for you to take delivery of your order. After this point, delivery team members will resume delivering orders for other customers and you will still be charged for your order in full. Therefore, we ask that you take delivery and start enjoying your order as quickly as possible.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
We are a cashless business and only accept payment by debit and credit card. This helps us deliver goods faster and safer. Our prices include VAT and are liable to change at any time.
ALLERGENS
Deliver It cannot guarantee that any goods delivered are free from allergens. Deliver It takes no responsibility for allergic reactions people may suffer from.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT
Our aim is to deliver fast and we get moving the moment an order is received. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please call 07484 17 44 58 immediately. If the order has not already been dispatched you will be able to amend it, or cancel it for a full refund. If an order is in transit, you will not be able to amend the order and you will still be charged for the order. Deliver It will have the final say in determining whether an order has been dispatched or not.
DELIVERY FEE
Deliver It reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for use of our service. Fees are subject to change. If we do charge a delivery fee, it will be displayed in full prior to you completing your order. Delivery fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
OUR LIABILITY
Deliver It Online Ltd will have no liability to you for use of our service that results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss. We accept no liability for one’s inability to use our service for reasons including but not limited to – our website and/or mobile applications are unavailable at any time or for any period. Our service should be treated as an “as it is” service and we offer no warranty that our service will be timely, free from errors for causes beyond our control, nor that any mistakes will be rectified. If found liable under the governing law of England & Wales, our liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the affected items in an order.

These rights are protected by international copyright laws and treaties across the world and we reserve these rights.
